• Go to the “Invoices” tab in the left menu.

• Select the eye icon to see a quick overview of the invoice

• Select the “…” icon to download a PDF copy

• You can conveniently pay your invoice by selecting the blue Make a payment button on the Overview page OR on the Payments page in the left menu.

• Once on the payment screen, you can pay your statement balance, current balance, specific invoices, or a custom dollar amount. Select an option and hit Make Payment

  • For the specific invoices option, you will be taken to a page to select the invoices you would like to pay. Click the checkbox on the left side to select.

  • Select Pay selected Invoices when done.

• Save a payment method for future use (ACH/e-check and credit card options available)

• Select Review Payment

• Pay today or schedule for a future date

• (Optional) Add any comments about your payment

• Check the payment agreement box

• Hit Submit Payment

• ACH/e-check payments are completely free!

• Credit card payments have an additional 3% surcharge

Access to our portal is free for all customers

• You can run custom reports on your product and gallon usage by navigating to the Products tab on the left menu.

• Once there, you can view all of the products delivered to you by our team.

• You can also filter by date

• You can also Export your usage data!

With our online portal, all of your businesses/accounts can be tied to one login!

To switch between your accounts, simply select the drop-down triangle at the top of the page (by your business name) and view a list of all your accounts. Select an account to quickly switch and manage all of your fuel and lubricant invoices from one convenient site.

All of our customers have free access to our online payment and invoice portal!

You can also sign-up multiple users from your company with unique logins for secure and controlled access.
